Elevate Workplace Relationships, Collaboration, & Results

The DISC Self Assessment (for Contributors) helps team members strengthen communication, build trust, improve collaboration, and create more productive workplace relationships.

Strengthen Workplace Relationships

Many workplace relationship challenges aren’t technical.

They’re people challenges.

When people misunderstand one another, projects slow down, trust erodes, unnecessary conflict develops, and collaboration suffers.

DISC Self helps team contributors:

âś… Understand why people approach work differently

âś… Recognize what creates tension between different behavioral styles

âś… Adapt their communication to build trust and cooperation

✅ Reduce misunderstandings before they become conflicts

âś… Strengthen collaboration and results

Yields a Robust DISC Report for Team Members

The DISC Self Assessment takes just 10 to 15 minutes to complete and delivers a personalized, in-depth report that helps participants better understand themselves, strengthen workplace relationships, and communicate more effectively with others.

The report combines practical insights with actionable guidance participants can immediately apply. Here are just a few examples:

✅ Workplace Relationships

✅ Team Communication

✅ Workplace Collaboration

âś… Learning & Development

âś… Customer Service

âś… Sales

âś… Professional Growth

âś… Everyday Workplace Interactions

Practical. Personalized. Actionable.

DISC Self is organized as a practical learning experience that moves participants from understanding behavior to improving workplace interactions.

âś… Understanding DISC: Participants learn how the four DISC styles influence communication, decision making, collaboration, and workplace relationships.

âś… Understanding Themselves: They gain a clearer understanding of their natural communication style, workplace strengths, motivators, stress responses, and opportunities for continued growth.

✅Understanding Others and Adapting Their Approach: They learn how to recognize the behavioral preferences of coworkers, supervisors, customers, and others—and how to adjust their approach to build more productive relationships

More Than a DISC Style

Every person is more than a single DISC style.

Each report examines the interaction of all four behavioral dimensions to create a detailed picture of how participants naturally communicate, solve problems, respond to change, build relationships, and contribute to the workplace.

Rather than placing people into simple categories, DISC Self helps them understand the patterns that make them unique—and how those patterns influence the people around them.

Build on Strengths

Everyone brings valuable strengths to the workplace.

DISC Self helps participants recognize those strengths while identifying behaviors that may unintentionally reduce their effectiveness when overused or applied in the wrong situation.

With their 40-page DISC Self Report, participants discover:

✅ The strengths they naturally contribute

âś… What motivates their best performance

âś… How coworkers may experience their communication style

âś… Behaviors that may create unnecessary workplace tension

✅ Practical opportunities for continued growth

The result is deeper understanding, stronger relationships, and continuous professional development.

12 Dimensions of Team Member Effectiveness

Two people with the same primary DISC style may still communicate, make decisions, and solve problems very differently.

That’s why DISC Self examines 12 behavioral tendencies that provide a more complete understanding of how people naturally approach their work.

✅ Change Resistance –How comfortable an individual is with change and how they typically respond when change occurs.

✅ Customer & Team Interaction – How an individual naturally engages and builds relationships with coworkers, customers, and other stakeholders.

âś…Building Rapport – How an individual develops trust, connection, and productive working relationships with others.

✅ Work Process Alignment – How an individual approaches established processes, procedures, and consistency in completing work.

✅ Careful Decision Making – How an individual approaches decisions, balancing speed, risk, and thoughtful evaluation.

✅ Self-Reliance – How independently an individual prefers to work and contribute when accomplishing tasks.

✅ Providing Instruction – How an individual communicates expectations, directions, and guidance to others.

✅ Expressing Openness – How openly an individual shares ideas, opinions, and emotions when communicating with others.

âś… Prioritizing – How an individual determines what deserves attention first when managing work and responsibilities.

âś…Reasoning – How an individual gathers information and evaluates evidence when solving problems and making decisions.

✅ Personal Drive – What naturally motivates an individual to take initiative and move work forward.

âś… Accuracy – How strongly an individual emphasizes precision, quality, and attention to detail.

These additional insights provide a richer understanding than a traditional DISC profile alone.
