I enjoyed collaborating with Margarita Holguin, Executive Director of the Chula Vista Community Collaborative, to bring the Performance Management Nuts & Bolts Workshop to nonprofit leaders in Chula Vista, CA.
This is a highly-interactive ½-day workshop for managers and supervisors based on the book that captured the hearts of leaders across industries—Supportive Accountability: How to Inspire People and Improve Performance.
Leveraging the power of Supportive Accountability Leadership™, this workshop walks participants through the nuts and bolts of effective performance management. It provides dynamic, hands-on facilitation that challenges leaders to reflect, and take action. Participants will walk out with interactive handouts, tools, and practice to help them shore up team member performance.
This 4-hour session is part of the Supportive Accountability Leadership™ Program. If you’re interested in bringing the program to your leadership team, please get in touch.
