The last update to our Shipping & Payment policy was posted on August 12, 2020.
All orders must be paid in U.S. funds prior to shipment. A $40 fee (amount subject to change) will be charged for transactions returned unpaid due to insufficient funds.
All orders are sent using our preferred shipper. Anticipated shipping dates are provided at the time of order.
For stand-alone online assessments and profiles/reports (those which are not part of a training package), the web link and instructions to take the assessment will be transmitted via e-mail (to the participant e-mail address supplied with the order) within 2 business days of purchase, unless funds are not received. In this case, the participant will be notified.
For online assessments and profiles that are part of a training package, the web link and instructions to take the assessment will be transmitted via e-mail (to the participant e-mail address supplied with the order).
We use Stripe and Square to accept credit card payments.
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the charges incurred, including any surcharge we may incur due to such dishonored payment.
