What is DISC?

DISC is a simple, practical, easy to remember and universally applicable model.
It focuses on individual patterns of external, observable behaviors and measures the intensity of communication characteristics using scales of directness and openness for each of the four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious.

Using the DISC model, it’s easy for leaders to identify their leadership communication styles, recognize and adapt to the communication styles of the people on their teams, and communicate more effectively to achieve results.

Based on the research of Dr. William Moulton Marston, DISC is the most widely used behavior profiling tool of its kind, supported by decades of research and validation. How Are Individual Assessments Delivered?

Important Information Needed at the Time of Purchase

At the time of purchase, please provide the first name, last name, and e-mail address of the Contact Person. This person will receive all assessment access codes and copies of all assessment reports. 

Delivery of Your Receipt

Immediately upon receipt of your order and payment, you will receive a receipt detailing the assessments purchased and the information you provided. 

Delivery of Assessment Links to Assessment Takers

Within one business day of purchase, the Contact Person listed in your order will receive an e-mail containing the assessment access codes for distribution to all assessment takers. The code system gives consultants and organizations the freedom and flexibility to issue, manage, and track code issuances.

Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m. PST/PDT, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery of Assessment Reports to Assessment Takers

Immediately upon completing the assessment, each assessment taker will receive a copy of their robust, personalized report. The Contact Person also receives a copy of the report. If the assessment taker has not yet completed the assessment, the report will not be generated. This helps the Contact Person track assessment completion. 

Delivery of Report Copies to Contact Person

If you provided the name and email address of a Contact Person, that person will receive copies of the reports for all assessment takers that have completed the assessment.

Management of the Process

Once the links have been delivered to your organization, the Contact Person or another person within your organization can work with your team members to ensure they complete their assessments.

If you would like Melena Consulting Group to issue, track,
and manage assessment codes for you, we can do so for a service fee of $150.00
USD for up to 25 assessments. Please contact Customer Service at
CustomerCare@melenaconsulting.com to request assessment management services.

If the assessment takers need technical assistance in accessing their assessment or reports, they are welcome to e-mail CustomerCare@melenaconsulting.com. We’re happy to assist.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Melena Consulting Group has a policy of no refunds, returns or exchanges for all assessments.

Assessment Pricing Does Not Include Training

The prices listed only include the online assessment and report. They do not include training or consulting services.
